What is your service guarantee?
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean within 72 hours.


Do you have insurance? Are you bonded?
Yes. Keep in mind only companies with real employees can be bonded and insured. If a company uses sub-contractors each of those sub-contractors must carry their own individual insurance and bonding.


Payment information

Payment is due before or at time of service. We accept cash and credit cards.  We require a credit card on file to hold your appointment(s).  This card is not pre-authorized before your service and isn't processed unless you request this as your payment method. Should you choose to pay by credit card, your payment will be processed on the service date. 


What are your business hours?

Squeaky Clean is open Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. We are closed on all major holidays.


Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

Yes, unless the customer prefers us to use theirs and or specific products required and provided by customer.


Can you give me a definite appointment time?

Squeaky Clean can give you a window of two (2) hours for an arrival time. Conditions such as traffic, weather, or a lockout can delay or advance your team schedule. We will call / text you when your team is on their way.


Can I change my cleaning schedule?

Yes, you can. Please call the office. Our cleaning teams are not authorized to make any scheduling changes.
